This is the set I ordered - Wagyu Tokujou Karubi Set and my friend ordered the Yakiniku-Go Set

The wagyu is soft, tender and melt in ur mouth.. the fat to meat ratio is almost prefect, at this price point, it’s worth it..

The yakiniku-go set comes with beef tongue, steak and short plate. It’s my first time having it and I will definitely have it again.

The texture of the beef tongue is springy and it’s juicy. It’s freaking juicy. The thought of me kissing the beef came when I first put it in my mouth..

The steak is on the tougher side because it’s lean and the short plate is so fatty that the stove have small fires.

I will only recommend the Wagyu Tokujou Karubi and beef tongue.
